🥑 Ingredients
2 Hass avocados (about 200 g each)
1 lime
A small bunch of cilantro
½ ripe tomato
½ white onion
2–3 slices of green Serrano chili or fresh red chili
Salt, to taste
Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), to taste
👩🍳 Preparation
Dice the onion and tomato.
Slice the chili and finely chop the cilantro.
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop out the flesh.
Mash the avocado with lime juice and a drizzle of EVOO.
Add the chopped onion, tomato, chili and cilantro, then mix until combined.
Garnish with extra chili and serve immediately.
